1) Sport leggings (nylon & spandex)
For what? Lifts, metcons, runs - whenever freedom of movement, support and "squat-proof" are important.
Fit & Support
- High Waist: non-slip for burpees, box jumps, wall balls.
Compression:
- Light for long metcons & runs (more breathability). Medium/High for barbell days (noticeable support).
- Length: 7/8 for all-round use, full length for cooler days.
Material advantages
Nylon & Spandex = smooth feel, 4-way stretch, quick-drying, dimensionally stable even with many reps.
What to look out for? Non-slip waistband construction, opaque fabric density, flat seams; optional pocket for key/card.
2) Sport Shorts Ladies (Nylon & Spandex)
For what? Speed sessions, hot days and workouts with lots of jumps.
Cut & length

- Strength/Barbell-Day: Leggings (Medium/High Compression) + High-Support Bra + Tight Tee/Crop. Focus: Support & non-slip fit.
- Engine/Run/Erg: Shorter shorts or 7/8 leggings + breathable top + low/medium support bra. Focus: weight reduction & moisture management.
- Gymnastics/Skills: Leggings with high waist + medium support bra + light crop. Focus: tight fit, no slipping.
6) Size & Fit - how to find your size
- Leggings: If you are between two sizes-morecompression? smaller; more comfort/everyday wear? larger.
- Shorts: Choose the inseam according to the desired coverage; side slits increase mobility.
- Sports bra: tight underbust, but comfortable; pads can be removed if necessary. Jump/run test: nothing slips, nothing pinches.
- Crop tops: athletic (true to size) or loose (one size up), depending on your preference.
