Why hybrid training clothing?
Hybrid training combines endurance (running) and strength (lifting/functional). Your clothing must therefore be suitable for both:
- be light & breathable (heat out, air in),
- remain elastic (full range of motion for squats, lunges, overheads),
- dry quickly (sweat management for intervals),
- be robust (contact with barbell, ropes, wallballs).
Sports shorts for men: the key factors
Goal: maximum freedom of movement + sweat management + safe essentials.
You should pay attention to this
- Material: polyester/elastane mix with 4-way stretch, breathable fabric.
- Weight: light (for runs & metcons), without appearing too thin (stability during lifts).
