Our return rules

You can return unworn items within 30 days. As soon as we receive your gear, we'll send you a confirmation email. The refund (minus 4.90 EUR for return shipping in DE)* will then follow after checking the returns - easy, right? For more information, check our withdrawal policy: 🔗 Withdrawal policy

What does not go back

Keep it real - items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Sure, check the items out as in the store, but please do not use them for returns.

International returns? No problem!

It's also easy to register in the returns portal from abroad. However, there is no return label from us and you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
