Returns

Our returns are easy to handle via our user-friendly returns portal. For returns from Germany, a fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund to offset CO₂ emissions and promote conscious ordering. We cover the shipping costs for exchanges. Use our portal to make your returns process quick and easy.

The returns policy is designed to be both environmentally conscious and customer-friendly, and we make sure your returns are processed quickly and efficiently.

The flat-rate shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout. The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
